Bingo Bango Bongo
Three points per hole: first on the green, closest to the pin, first to hole out.
How it works
Three points are up for grabs on every hole. Bingo: first player to get their ball on the green. Bango: the player closest to the pin once everyone is on. Bongo: first player to hole out. Each point is worth whatever you set the dollar value to.
This format rewards consistency and course management over raw distance. A short, accurate player who hits greens and makes putts can clean up against longer hitters who spray it around. It levels the playing field across handicaps better than most formats.
Play in strict order: farthest from the hole plays first. This keeps the game moving and gives everyone a fair shot at each point. Works with 2 to 4 players.
How to use this scorer
- Add 2 to 4 players and set a dollar value per point.
- After each hole, select who won Bingo, Bango, and Bongo.
- The leaderboard handles the math. Points convert to dollars automatically.
