Points for every hole relative to par. Bogey gets one, par gets two, birdie gets three. High score wins.
How it works
Stableford awards points based on your score relative to par on each hole. Bogey gets one point. Par gets two. Birdie gets three. Eagle gets four. Double bogey or worse gets zero. The highest total points wins.
The scoring is the opposite of stroke play in one important way: a blow-up hole does not ruin your round. You take zero points and move on. This makes Stableford faster, more forgiving, and more fun for players of all skill levels.
This is the format you see in professional modified Stableford events on the PGA Tour. It rewards aggressive play on scorable holes without punishing the occasional disaster. Works solo or with up to six players.
How to use this scorer
- Add 1 to 6 players. No bet amount needed if you are just tracking scores.
- Set par for each hole, then enter each player’s gross score.
- Stableford points are calculated automatically. The leaderboard shows who is ahead.
